During the negotiations the parties discussed practical aspects of realization of the agreements reached when the prime minister of the Republic of Belarus visited Uganda in February 2025. The parties paid close attention to measures designed to ensure economic returns and concrete results from cooperation in the short term as soon as possible.

During the meeting the parties reaffirmed Minsk’s and Kampala’s determination to actively interact in multilateral international structures, primarily on platforms of the United Nations Organization, the Non-Aligned Movement, and BRICS.
