The Belarus Government

The Belarusian Government – or Council of Ministers – is made up of the Prime Minister of Belarus, his deputies and ministers.  The Government is accountable to the President of the Republic of Belarus and its powers are determined by the Constitution of the Republicof Belarus.  Under the Constitution, judicial power in the country belongs to the court system.  The Parliament of Belarusis known as the National Assembly. It acts as the representative and legislative body of the Republicof Belarus.
