MINSK, 14 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry will launch a postal stamp dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Belarus-Kazakhstan diplomatic relations, BelTA learned from the website of the Communications and Informatization Ministry.
The project has been prepared in cooperation with the Belarusian Embassy in Kazakhstan. The Communications and Informatization Ministry will circulate some 56,000 copies of the anniversary stamp. The first-day-of-issue ceremony will take place in post office No. 1 (16 Moskovskaya Street, Minsk) on 16 September.
Belarus and Kazakhstan established diplomatic relations on 16 September 1992. The legal framework of bilateral cooperation comprises over 70 treaties and agreements in industry, science, technologies, healthcare, civil protection, emergency prevention and response, higher and postgraduate education, tourism, archiving, agricultural machinery industry, joint production of medicines, baby food, and dairy products.
