Ryzhenkov, Glazyev discuss Belarus-Russia Union State priorities

MINSK, 5 December (BelTA) - Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov held a meeting with State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Sergei Glazyev on 5 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties exchanged views on pressing issues related to the development of the Union State. These included the procedures for implementing Union State programs and projects, the establishment of a Union State media company, and enhancing the work of the interdepartmental working group tasked with ensuring equal rights for citizens of Belarus and Russia,” the ministry said.

Particular attention at the meeting was paid to discussing the outcomes of the session of the High-Level Group of the Union State’s Council of Ministers and to preparations for upcoming meetings of the supreme Union State bodies.
