Prospects of expanding Belarus’ information cooperation with OSCE, IAEA discussed

MINSK, 13 October (BelTA) – Prospects of expanding information cooperation were discussed at a meeting of Spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik with acting Spokeswoman for the OSCE Natacha Rajakovic and Director of the IAEA Office of Public Information and Communication Serge Gas, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“During the meeting in the OSCE Secretariat the parties discussed the prospects of expanding Belarus’ information cooperation with the organization, increasing the number of Belarus-related topics in the OSCE information products. The parties also shared opinions on the ways to enhance the efficiency of the information support of the meetings of the trilateral contact group on Ukraine and its working groups,” the press service said.

At the meeting with Director the IAEA Office of Public Information and Communication Serge Gas the parties talked over the issues related to the promotion of cooperation in the information sector, including better information awareness of the Belarusian audience about the mandate and areas of activity of the agency, information support of the Belarus-IAEA dialogue and the exchange of thematic materials.
