Prime ministers of Belarus, Russia discuss tighter cooperation in energy, transport, manufacturing

MOSCOW, 8 December (BelTA) – Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko and Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin have discussed ways to step up cooperation between the two countries in various spheres in a phone conversation, BelTA learned from the Russian Federation government website.

Roman Golovchenko and Mikhail Mishustin discussed topical matters relating to ways to step up Belarusian-Russian cooperation in manufacturing, power engineering, agriculture, and transport infrastructure. The expansion of interaction in science, technology, cultural and humanitarian affairs was also mentioned.

Roman Golovchenko and Mikhail Mishustin also exchanged opinions about priority tasks of enhancement of integration in the Union State of Belarus and Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union.
