Head of the delegation of the National Assembly of Belarus for contacts with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), member of Belarus’ House of Representatives Nikolai Samoseiko has headed for Strasburg to meet with the new PACE Chairman.
In February the Belarusian delegation will take part in a regular session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna. Inter-parliamentary ties with the post-Soviet countries and far away states such as Vietnam and Ecuador will be further developed.
According to the MP, the efficiency of foreign trips should be improved. “Their number dropped last year to make up 60% to 2014,” he said.
