MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Belarusian representatives in the integration bodies of the EEU, CSTO and the Union State as part of his working trip to Russia on 22 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The meeting highlighted international cooperation on economic and other matters, outlined approaches to solving the current issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda,” the ministry informed.
As BelTA earlier informed, on 21 February Vladimir Makei met with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. The parties discussed the bilateral Belarus-Russia agenda, cooperation in the international arena and international organizations, and also the preparations to celebrate 25 years of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Russia.
