Lukashenko wishes happy birthday to Nazarbayev

MINSK, 6 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Kazakhstan’s first president Nursultan Nazarbayev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am sincerely grateful for the attention that you dedicate to the development of Belarus-Kazakhstan cooperation and for your personal contribution to strengthening traditions of many-year friendship, mutual respect and brotherly relations between our nations,” the felicitation message reads.

“As a true leader of the nation, an example of dedication to your people, you are doing your best for the sake of development and prosperity of the state. Thanks to the political course that you have chosen, wise management of crucial transformations in all walks of life, the Republic of Kazakhstan has become successful, strong and independent,” the head of state remarked.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Nursultan Nazarbayev strong health, unflagging energy and wellbeing.
