Lukashenko: Training of scientists is a crucial condition of innovative development

MINSK, 14 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the participants of the scientific and practical conference System of State Attestation of Scientific Workers of Higher Qualification which is timed to the 25th anniversary of the Higher Attestation Commission, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The today’s forum is very important for our country. The training and attestation of scientists is a crucial condition for the innovative development of the economy and other walks of life in the society. The Higher Attestation Commission plays a big role in raising the prestige and authority of Belarusian scientific and teaching schools, their international recognition, revealing new names in science,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state is convinced that the exchange of experience in this field will give a strong impetus to the improvement of the system of state attestation of scientific workers of higher qualification.
