Lukashenko sends Statehood Day greetings to Slovenia

MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) – On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the people of Slovenia and Slovenian President Borut Pahor on the country’s national holiday - Statehood Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The positive experience of bilateral cooperation in politics, trade and humanitarian field, consistent support by Ljubljana of the dialogue between Belarus and the European Union create a solid foundation for promoting bilateral cooperation,” the Belarusian leader said.

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence  that the efficient use of the existing capacities will lead to new projects in promising fields and will strengthen the two countries’ positions in the international arena. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Borut Pahor good health and many successes and the people of Slovenia peace and solidarity.
