MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) - On behalf of the Belarusian nation and himself Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish people on the national holiday — Republic Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“In this difficult time when most of the countries repeatedly face new challenges in economy and international security matters, constructive and trustful interstate relations represent the foundation for bolstering bilateral trade ties and maintaining regional stability,” the message reads.

Alexander Lukashenko said he is confident that further advancement of mutually beneficial cooperation between Belarus and Turkey meets interests of both sides.
