MINSK, 15 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to Nicaragua’s Co-Presidents Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Under your wise leadership, Nicaragua is continuously boosting its standing as one of Central America’s most dynamic exporters, driving opportunities for the country’s sustainable economic development,” the message reads.
The head of state expressed confidence that the friendship and solidarity, which create a reliable foundation for long-standing Belarusian-Nicaraguan relations, will continue to foster fruitful cooperation and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
“Minsk is focused on deepening engagement with Managua in industry, mechanical engineering, agriculture, food security, and pharmaceuticals,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed. “I am confident that the consistent implementation of the reached agreements will contribute to the prosperity of the peoples of both countries.”
The Belarusian president extended wishes of good health, high spirits, and success to the co-presidents of Nicaragua, and of peace and prosperity to the entire Nicaraguan people.
