Lukashenko sends Independence Day greetings to Bangladesh

MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Abdul Hamid as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian president.

“Belarus greatly values multifaceted cooperation with Bangladesh based on the principles of friendship, trust and mutual respect. I hope that by joint efforts we will be able to fulfill the untapped potential of bilateral relations and find new avenues of cooperation,” the message reads.

The Belarusian head of state wished the president of Bangladesh good health and many successes. He also wished the people of Bangladesh happiness and peace.
