Lukashenko offers condolences to Pakistan over terrorist attack victims

MINSK, 24 June (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, families and friends of the victims of the terrorist attacks in Quetta and Parachinar which took place on 23 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“It is with pain and sorrow that we have learned the news about the attacks of terrorists on civilian people,” the message of condolences reads. “I am convinced that such actions will not hamper the Pakistan government’s resolution to enhance peace, security, and accord in the country, will not break the spirit of the national unity.”

The head of state stressed that the society resolutely condemns the ideas of the masterminds of these crimes.

Alexander Lukashenko expressed solidarity with the Pakistani people and noted together with the entire Belarusian nation he sincerely sympathizes with the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
