MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – Organizational and other aspects related to the opening of the Austrian embassy in Minsk were discussed at a meeting between Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna and Director General for Management of the Austrian Foreign Ministry Michael Zimmermann on 30 September, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The decision to open an embassy in Belarus was made after the visit of Austrian Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs Sebastian Kurz to Belarus in May 2015.
