MINSK, 20 September (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna met with Head of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Election Observation Mission Cayetana De Zulueta Owtram on 20 September, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the results of the OSCE observation of the 2016 parliamentary elections in Belarus.
