Iranian president expected to visit Belarus in 2025

 MINSK, 29 June (BelTA) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is expected pay an official visit to Belarus in 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Belarus Alireza Sanei said on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA learned.

“So far, the dates of the visit have not been determined, but we expect that we can execute the visit in 2025,” the diplomat said.

As it has been reported, Masoud Pezeshkian was supposed to attend the events of the Eurasian Economic Union in Minsk on 26 and 27 June. Plans were in place to coincide these events with the official visit of the Iranian president. However, the difficult situation in the region and directly around Iran forced the parties to adjust the plans.
