MINSK, 6 October (BelTA) – Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Viktor Guminsky will head the Belarusian parliamentary delegation at the133rd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva, Switzerland, Speaker of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko said as he met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Algeria to Russia with concurrent accreditation in Belarus Smail Allaoua on 6 October, BelTA informs.

“I would like to inform you that on 17-21 October 2015 Geneva will be hosting the session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. The Belarusian parliamentary delegation will be led by my deputy Viktor Guminsky. Our delegation is ready to meet with Algeria’s MPs if there is a mutual interest and discuss promising cooperation,” the Speaker said.

Vladimir Andreichenko added that intensification of collaboration between the parliaments of Belarus and Algeria is of high importance.
