MINSK, 25 July (BelTA) – The Minsk City Council of Deputies and the Omsk City Council have signed a protocol on cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Minsk City Hall.

According to Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Vasily Panasyuk, cooperation prospects at the level of government bodies were discussed during the Days of Omsk in 2015. “It is great that the words were turned into concrete actions. The implementation of these steps is a logical addition to the cooperation the two cities have already been maintaining,” he said.

Chairwoman of the Omsk City Council Galina Gorst stated that the document opens new opportunities for sharing experience in lawmaking, education, healthcare, public services and amenities.
