MOSCOW, 16 September (BelTA) - The CIS Council of Heads of State News Agencies and CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev supported the proposal by Belarus and Kazakhstan to create a joint media project for the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
