BelTA staff among recipients of state awards

 MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) –Employees of the BelTA News Agency will receive state awards in line with Decree No. 213 signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 23 May, BelTA has learned.

Senior photojournalist Nikolai Petrov was awarded the Medal For Labor Merits.

The Medal of Francysk Skaryna was awarded to senior editor of BelTA’s publishing house Irina Bufetova, senior photojournalist Aleksandr Khitrov and deputy head of the department for covering the president’s activities Yevgeny Vanshin.
