Twenty-one people serving in the Armed Forces, Interior Ministry interior forces, and national security bodies received letters of commendation from the Belarusian president in recognition of academic excellence and exemplary fulfillment of their military duties.

Alexander Lukashenko congratulated officers on the successful graduation and the generals on the promotion. “Defending the Motherland is a difficult but noble job. Reliable protection of individuals, society and the state from any criminal violations is the most important task of the bodies of the interior, the president noted.
