MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Dapkiunas met with Ambassador of Laos to Russia and concurrently to Belarus Siviengphet Phetvorasack to discuss the development of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties reviewed the current issues of development of bilateral cooperation in science, education and other areas and the interstate contacts at a high level.

The parties stressed the importance of establishing reliable information exchange between the departments of the two countries and practical implementation of mutually beneficial joint projects.
