Belarus, Switzerland reaffirm mutual interest in continuing constructive dialogue

MINSK, 6 January (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland to Belarus Claude Altermatt on 6 January, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

During the meeting Sergei Aleinik and Claude Altermatt discussed the state and prospects of further advancement of Belarusian-Swiss cooperation.

The sides reaffirmed the mutual interest in continuing the constructive dialogue.

The protocol on establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Swiss Confederation was signed on 10 February 1992.
