Belarus, Russia, Serbia to stage joint army exercise in autumn
MOSCOW, 16 April (BelTA) – Belarus, Russia, and Serbia plan to stage a trilateral military exercise in autumn. The matter was discussed at the meeting of Belarusian Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov with Serbian Defense Minister Bratislav Gasic in Moscow on 16 April, BelTA learned from Oleg Voinov, State Secretary, Aide for Military Policy to the Belarusian Defense Minister.
The Belarusian and Serbian defense ministers discussed matters concerning the development of bilateral defense cooperation and adopted a plan for military cooperation between the two ministries in 2015.
According to the source, the two defense ministers also discussed the organization of experience sharing between Belarusian and Serbian military education institutions as well as matters concerning the preparation of specialists for peacemaking missions.
