MINSK, 6 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko as sent greetings to Arif Alvi who was elected President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state remarked that over the past couple of years the countries have strengthened bilateral relations and reached a high level of interaction across the board.

“I am convinced that by joint efforts we will preserve this positive trend for the sake of enhancing productive Belarusian-Pakistani cooperation,” the message of greetings reads.
