MINSK, 22 (BelTA) – On the basis of the principle of humanity the Belarusian president made a decision to pardon the following prisoners Nikolai Dedok, Igor Olinevich, Nikolai Statkevich, Yevgeny Vaskovich, Artyom Prokopenko, Yuri Rubtsov on 22 August, BelTA learned from the Belarus President Administration.
