Belarus interested in expanding dialogue with Netherlands

MINSK, 27 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands as the country celebrates King’s Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am convinced that the expansion of the interstate dialogue and the development of diverse ties will help enhance trust and open new opportunities for more efficient cooperation between our countries,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state remarked that Belarus welcomes Dutch investments in the country and is ready to provide assistance in the implementation of innovative projects in transport and logistics, agriculture, banking and environmental protection.

“I will be glad to establish and maintain contacts with Your Majesty to discuss the prospects of bilateral interaction and issues on the international agenda in order to build the safe and secure future for our friendly nations,” the president stressed.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands strong health and every success. He also wished Dutch people peace and wellbeing.
