Belarus in favor of continuous expert dialogue with Lithuania

MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Lithuania Valery Baranovsky has met with Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevicius, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the bilateral agenda, including political and economic contacts between the two countries, as well as a number of sensitive issues.

“The Belarusian side emphasized the need for an ongoing expert dialogue to address the concerns of the parties that impede progress in bilateral relations,” the press service noted.
