MINSK, 6 April (BelTA) – The Belarusian capital is hosting consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Hungary at the level of the heads of the departments of foreign policy analysis on 6 April, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a press briefing, BelTA has learned.

The parties are exchanging opinions on a wide range of issues, including different aspects of the cooperation between Belarus and the European Union, and the long-term integration processes in Europe and the Eurasian Economic Union. The current international political developments are also high on the agenda.

The Belarusian delegation to the consultations is led by Vyacheslav Kachanov, the head of the Department of Foreign Policy Analysis at the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Adam Szesztay, the head of the Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is leading the Hungarian delegation.
