MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) – The Belarusian Council of Ministers issued Resolution No. 638 on 22 August to endorse the Belarusian-Ecuadorian intergovernmental agreement on mutual recognition of academic certificates and higher education certificates signed in Minsk on 22 May 2017, BelTA learned from the government’s press service.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to send a notice to Ecuador confirming that Belarus had completed the national procedures required for the agreement to come into effect.
