MINSK, 13 September (BelTA) – Belarus and Ecuador discussed their cooperation during the 71^st session of the UN General Assembly, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Belarus-Ecuador cooperation was in the spotlight at the meeting of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Ecuador Igor Poluyan and Acting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migration of Ecuador Lautaro Malo. During the talks the sides discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in politics, trade and economy, education, science and technology, humanitarian and other dimensions. Besides, the sides discussed the enhancement of the interstate dialogue between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Ecuador.
