Belarus, DPRK identify joint steps to expand cooperation in the near future

MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Shuleiko has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the Republic of Belarus Ji Kyong Su, the government press service told BelTA.

The parties reaffirmed their readiness to implement all agreements reached during the Belarusian president’s visit to Pyongyang in March 2026, explored promising avenues for bilateral cooperation, and outlined key joint activities and steps to expand Belarusian‑Korean interaction in the near future.

At the close of the meeting, the deputy prime minister wished the ambassador every success in his mission to the Republic of Belarus.
