MINSK, 14 October (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela with concurrent accreditation to the Plurinational State of Bolivia Dmitry Derevinsky presented copies of his credentials to Bolivian Minister of Foreign Affairs Celinda Sosa Lunda on 13 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of intergovernmental dialogue between Belarus and Bolivia, with a particular focus on political, trade and economic cooperation.
The parties confirmed their shared approach to assessing the modern world order and emphasized the need to combine efforts in building a just, multipolar world.
The parties expressed mutual interest in intensifying and further expanding contacts at various levels, including through the mechanism of political consultations, as well as in consistently strengthening constructive Belarusian-Bolivian relations in areas of mutual interest.
