MINSK, 27 September (BelTA) – The promising areas of developing Belarus-Azerbaijan relations were discussed at a meeting between State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Stanislav Zas and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on 27 September, BelTA learned from the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus.
“The sides discussed a wide range of issues related to the bilateral relations, including the progress made in the implementation of the agreements made at the highest level, mutually beneficial projects, the advancement of joint products to third countries. The parties also outlined the promising areas for the development and strengthening of the Belarusian-Azerbaijani relations,” the agency said.
The parties emphasized the importance of close cooperation and mutual support in the international arena.
