Belarus' ambassador presents copies of credentials to Uzbekistan's FM

MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) –  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Ogorodnikov has presented copies of credentials to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They also discussed the state and prospects for cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In particular, they exchanged their views on how to expand trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation and to intensify inter-parliamentary and interregional contacts.
