Ambassadors of Belarus, Bahrain outline steps to invigorate cooperation

MOSCOW, 8 July (BelTA) – Steps to invigorate Belarus-Bahrain cooperation in various spheres were sketched out as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bahrain to Russia with concurrent accreditation to Belarus Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, the press service of the Belarusian embassy in Russia told BelTA.

Vladimir Semashko and Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati discussed prospects and outlined practical steps to invigorate political, economic, investment, and humanitarian cooperation between Belarus and Bahrain as well as steps to build up the legal base of bilateral relations.

Belarus-Bahrain diplomatic relations were established on 1 July 1996.
