MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – Belarus is always open to dialogue with its neighbors, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA has learned.

“The most important thing is to always talk with neighbors before making any decisions. We should consistently act in a constructive manner, guided by the interests of our citizens, economies, and businesses,” Aleksandr Turchin said.

According to him, whenever problems arise in interstate relations, Belarus remains open to dialogue. “Let us discuss and resolve these issues. All these impulsive actions [border closures] do not enhance the reputation of people in such high positions,” the prime minister emphasized.
