The official stressed that Belarus pursues a multivector peaceful foreign policy. Yet the Belarusian army gets improved and a coalitional military policy is pursued. Military and technical cooperation with Russia is central to this policy, said Vladimir Makarov.

Belarus does not see any country as its enemy. The stipulation is part of the country’s military doctrine, reminded the press secretary of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
