Belarus-Czechia interregional partnership grows stronger

MINSK, 8 January (BelTA) - The interregional partnership between Belarus and the Czech Republic has been expanding, reads a congratulatory message from Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei to Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Martin Stropnicky on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Belarusian-Czech diplomatic relations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

Vladimir Makei stressed that the bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, investment, science has been steadily progressing. So have cultural and humanitarian ties. Contacts between business circles have been developing successfully. The minister expressed the hope for the strengthening of the positive dynamics of the Belarusian-Czech relations and continued regular dialogue across all issues of bilateral cooperation.

In a return message Martin Stropnicky assured that the Czech Republic is interested in the further development of bilateral relations.
