Andreichenko: Belarusian authorities always act in the best of public interest

MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – The authorities in Belarus have always acted in the best of public interest, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko said at the opening of a regular parliamentary session on 2 October, BelTA has learned.

“The fact that people support the authorities today helps the state make headway, improve living conditions of the people,” said Vladimir Andreichenko.

In his words, it is of high importance for MPs to maintain a permanent open civil dialogue, advance new public ideas and initiatives. “People should recognize their involvement in decision-making and responsibility for the future of their country. This is what the state is meant for. Only together will we be able to achieve prosperity for the free and independent Belarus,” noted the Chairman of the House of Representatives.
