Natalia Trofimova to represent Belarus at Mrs. Europe 2013

Natalia TrofimovaMINSK, 24 October (BelTA) – Belarus’ representative at international beauty pageants Natalia Trofimova will compete for the Mrs. Europe 2013 title. The beauty contest will be held in Odessa on 17-22 November, BelTA has learnt.

Natalia Trofimova is a practicing lawyer with 15 yeas of experience. The Belarusian beauty took part in many contests, like Mrs. Universe 2012 and Lady Boss 2012.

Natalia Trofimova is now choosing Belarusian gifts for the participants of the contest and children from orphanages and is preparing a designer souvenir for the Odessa Mayor.

The Belarusian contestant hopes to establish new business contacts between Belarus and foreign businessmen and cultural figures. She will inform the participants about business opportunities and prospects and effective laws in Belarus and invite the participants of the contest and the audience to come to Belarus for the ice hockey championship in 2014.

In line with the rules, to qualify for the Mrs. Europe beauty pageant a lady needs to be between 19 and 40 years of age, have a positive life philosophy, be married or have children.

This year 20 women from all over Europe will compete for the crown. The beauties will have a week to show their worth, visit the major landmarks of Southern Palmira, and take part in a number of charity events. The final show will be held at the concert hall Victory Gardens in Odessa downtown on 21 November. The jury will consist of representatives of embassies and special guests. The show promises a number of surprises.

The Mrs. Europe pageant has been held for over ten years. The beauty pageant has an important social and cultural agenda. The major objective of the contest is to raise awareness of mass media and the public of the most pressing issues of today. For two years consecutive, the contest has been focusing on the problem of domestic violence.
