Belarus’ ZENA to take part in Moscow Eurovision Party 2019

MINSK, 1 April (BelTA) – Belarus’ representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 ZENA will take part in the Moscow Eurovision Party 2019 on 24 April. She will present her entry Like It to the Russian public, BelTA learned from the singer.

This will be the ninth official Russian pre-party and a big gala concert in the run-up to Eurovision, Europe’s most popular song contest. This pre-party will bring together contestants from 10 participating countries, including Belarus. The show will be preceded by a red carpet ceremony and an autograph signing session, as well as multiple surprises and tricks. Russian music stars, renowned business people, Eurovision finalists of the previous years will attend the show to support the artists and see their acts. Apart from that, the Belarusian singer will perform at the Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam on 6 April.

According to ZENA, she is now busy rehearsing the act and working on her stage image. The show she will present in Tel Aviv will differ dramatically from the show she gave in the national selection final. “The show should be beautiful and flamboyant. However, I will not reveal any secrets. You will see everything during my semi-final performance. I will tell you only one thing: this show will have a signature moment, let it be an intrigue,” she noted.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, in May. The semifinals will take place on 14 and 16 May, the final on 18 May. Belarus 1 and international satellite Belarus 24 TV channels of Belteleradiocompany will broadcast all the stages of the show live.
