MINSK, 11 March (BelTA) – Belarus’ tourism potential will be presented at two large-scale trade shows in Moscow in March, BelTA learned from the National Tourism Agency.

A Belarusian national stand will be set up at the international travel fair Intourmarket to be held at Crocus Expo on 19 to 22 March, and also at Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT) on 23 to 26 March. The stand will be prepared by the National Tourism Agency and the leading Belarusian travel companies.

The business and culture center of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia will host a presentation of Belarus’ tourism potential in the run-up to the expos on 18 March. Representatives of the Belarusian travel industry will speak about destinations that may attract Russian tourists and demonstrate their products and offers.

MITT ranks among the top five travel exhibitions in the world. In 2015 it brought together representatives of 1,852 companies from 192 countries. The 2015 edition of Intourmarket gathered 1,430 companies from 143 countries.
