The twitter account of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was 13th in the ranking, next to the accounts of the foreign ministries of Spain and France.

This ranking was commented by Dmitry Mironchik, Belarus’ Ambassador to Sweden and former spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “Well done, friends! A sign of quality and recognition for our well connected Foreign Ministry and our country, indeed!” he wrote.
