“The fireworks display will start after the national anthem is performed. There can be a 15-20 second delay,” Anatoly Gritsev explained.

In Minsk, the fireworks will be launched from different firing positions. Position No.1 will be located on the bank of the Svisloch River. Position No.2 will be near Novinki. The third position will be set up at the Minsk-1 airport. Position No.4 will be close to Chizhovka cemetery. The fifth firing position will be located near the water reservoir Drozdy, and the sixth one will be in the Uruchye military post.
