Anastasia Lavrinchuk to represent Belarus at Miss World 2019

MINSK, 3 April (BelTA) – Anastasia Lavrinchuk, Second Runner-Up of the Miss Belarus beauty pageant, will represent Belarus at the Miss World 2019 beauty contest, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Beauty School.
Minsk-born Anastasia Lavrinchuk is now a student of the School of Business and Management of Technology at Belarusian State University. She is fond of reading and self-education. She is proud to be an honors student at school. According to the girl, she is now focused on improving her English, catwalk and public speaking skills.
The National Beauty School helps Anastasia prepare for the international beauty contest. They will help design evening gowns and cultural costumes, stage a performance for the talent show and shot presentation videos.
Charity is among the key points of the contest. Anastasia’s parents have been actively involved in charity activities for many years. They visit orphanages and provide support to orphaned kids. Anastasia’s parents are her role models. The girl has also taken part in a number of charity campaigns. For example, she accompanied children with special needs at the Colorful Dreams special fashion show and appeared in the Red Dress event aimed to raise money for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
Miss World is the oldest running international beauty contest. Every year beauties from around 130 countries compete for the Miss World crown. This year Thailand will host the show. The contest will take place from November till December and will conclude with a final gala show during which Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce de Leon of Mexico will hand over the crown to the new beauty queen.
Belarus has done quite well in this pageant. Miss Belarus 2018 Maria Vasilevich was among the continental queen winners at the Miss World 2018 pageant. She won the Miss World Europe title and made it to the top 5. It was Belarus’ best result in this competition so far. Belarus’ beauty also performed very well in the Top Model Challenge and Sports Challenge. She was one of the few to get invitation to perform a national solo dance during the final show. The National Beauty School helped Maria Vasilevich get ready for the show.
