Minsk hosts commemorative event dedicated to 30th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster

A commemorative event to mark the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster was held in the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God Seeking Out of the Lost in Minsk. It was traditionally attended by the personnel of law enforcement bodies, Chernobyl clean-up workers, and members of the public. Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl Pavel, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, held a memorial service in honor of the victims of the Chernobyl catastrophe.
