Polad Bulbuloglu

The jury of the 24th International Song Contest Vitebsk 2015 was led by Azerbaijan People’s Artist, Doctor of Art History, Professor Polad Bulbuloglu. This year the legendary Azerbaijani artist was awarded the special prize of the President of Belarus Through Art to Peace and Understanding and had the star in his name unveiled at the Walk of Fame in Vitebsk.

The panel of jury also featured poet and composer Leonid Shirin (Belarus), opera singer Thiago Arancam (Brazil), famous lead singer Precious Wilson (United Kingdom), musician and composer Intars Busulis (Latvia), Russia People's Artist, composer Oleg Ivanov, Eurovision 2007 winner Marija Serifovic (Serbia), producer Vladislav Baginsky (Ukraine), popular singer and composer Bosson (Sweden).
